Quad C Physical therapy is locally owned and operated by licensed physical therapist Kearstin Cooley, DPT since 2018. Kearstin grew up believing in family and teamwork her entire life. It has been her goal to collaborate the two into her practice and the care that her and her team provide to you as patients.

You are no longer required to see a physician before starting physical therapy. We are now able to provide evaluation and determine if you need physical therapy and provide treatment without a referral! *with exception of medicare/medicaid patients

Kearstin grew up locally in Hornbeck, LA. She is a Northwestern Alumni with a Bachelors Degree in Biology and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from LSUHSC in Shreveport, LA. She has returned home to provide quality care to the community she know as her own. Kearstin grew up with strong Christian values that she feels is an important part of the services that she and her staff provide for our patients.
