Quad C Physical Therapy is locally owned and operated by licensed Physical Therapist Kearstin Cooley, DPT since 2018. Kearstin grew up believing in family and teamwork her entire life. It has been her goal to collaborate the two into her practice and the care that her and her team provide to you as patients.
At Quad C we believe a team approach is most important when it comes to helping you achieve your highest level of function. Open lines of communication between patients, doctors, and therapists allow the most effective results to be achieved. Our staff works together to provide quality care for you and your loved ones.

Kearstin Cooley, DPT
Owner/Physical Therapist
Kearstin grew up locally in Hornbeck, LA. She is a Northwestern Alumni with a Bachelors Degree in Biology and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from LSUHSC in Shreveport, LA. She has returned home to provide quality care to the community she knows as her own. Kearstin grew up with strong Christian values that she feels is an important part of the services that she and her staff provide for our patients.
Kearstin is married to Austin Cooley and they have two rambunctious boys, Easton Ripken and Cal Maddox. When Kearstin is not in the clinic you can bet she is spending time with her family.

Kearstin has strong leadership values, an extremely caring heart and exhibits an exceptional motivational spirit. She spends her spare time bright and early working on maintaining her own personal health and wellness. This gives her an advantage when working with patients of all ages and various levels of complexity of treatment diagnoses.
Her primary goal as a healthcare provider is to extend the same love and care that she would provide her family, to you as patients. She believes God gave her this opportunity to serve him by serving the community on a daily basis.

Dani is licensed PTA who found her love for physical therapy right here at Quad C as an intern during her undergraduate degree. She graduated from Northwestern State University in 2021 with a bachelor’s in Health and Exercise Science and continued to become a physical therapist assistant at BPCC where she graduated in 2022.
Dani is married to Brandon Boswell and they live in Many, LA with their 2 pups. She enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family and friends. Dani is passionate about helping people and finds joy in seeing her patients accomplish their goals.
