Quad C Physical Therapy has been locally owned and operated by licensed Physical Therapist Kearstin Cooley, DPT since 2018. With a lifelong belief in the importance of family and teamwork, Kearstin strives to integrate these values into the care she and her team provide to patients.
At Quad C, we emphasize a collaborative approach to help you reach your highest level of function. By maintaining open communication between patients, doctors, and therapists, we ensure the best possible outcomes. Kearstin Cooley, DPT
Owner/Physical Therapist
Kearstin grew up locally in Hornbeck, LA. She is a Northwestern Alumni with a Bachelors Degree in Biology and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from LSUHSC in Shreveport, LA. She has returned home to provide quality care to the community she knows as her own. Kearstin grew up with strong Christian values that she feels is an important part of the services that she and her staff provide for our patients.

Married to Austin Cooley, Kearstin is also a dedicated mother to two lively boys, Easton Ripken and Cal Maddox, who attend Many Elementary. When she's not at the clinic, you can guarantee she is spending quality time with her family. Kearstin embodies strong leadership qualities, a compassionate nature, and an inspiring motivational spirit. In her free time, she focuses on her personal health and wellness, which enhances her ability to patients of all ages and with diverse treatment needs.
As a healthcare provider, Kearstin's primary aim is to offer the same love and care she extends to her family to all her patients. She believes God gave her this opportunity to serve him by serving the community on a daily basis.

Breanna Green, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Breanna grew up locally in Pleasant Hill, LA. She graduated from BPCC with her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2008. She spent the first 10 years of her career working at a local skilled nursing facility until May of 2019 when she joined the staff here at Quad C.
Breanna is married to Brandon Green and they have three boys Noah, Tristan and Preston. Her spare time is spent with her family. She absolutely loves the field of Physical Therapy and helping others. It is a great joy to help people do something that they couldn’t do before.
Breanna is outgoing and has a very loving spirit. Lets not forget to mention the humor she brings to the clinic. In a light or tough situation she sure knows how to brighten the mood. She enjoys the variety of ages, patients and diagnoses seen here at Quad C, although her heart may be slightly partial to the geriatric population. Her goal is to continue learning and to be the best PTA she can be while providing quality care to the residents of our community. She looks forward to treating you and your loved ones.
Gabrielle Bellow, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Gabby is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, who in her own words was blessed to begin her career here at Quad C. She graduated from University of Louisiana-Lafayette with a bachelors of science degree in Kinesiolgy: Exercise Science in 2016 and in 2019 she graduated from Louisiana College with her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. As a student during her final internship at LC, she joined us here at Quad C and never left. Over the last few years, she has enjoyed creating lasting friendships and memories with both her coworkers and her patients.
Gabby lives in Cloutierville, LA with her fiancé, Jay and their daughter Jaycie Marie. During her free time she enjoys cheering on Jay and his racehorses at tracks all across the state. These moments have become even more precious for them as they now share them with their daughter. Her family means the world to her and she believes in treating your family with the same care she has for her own.
Gabby brings grit and determination to the group when it comes to personality. Whether you have a short rehab journey, or one that goes longer than expected, she won't give up on you. She uses those qualities to serve our patients and the community to the best of her ability on a daily basis.
